Startup Setup

This startup setup project assisted a newly formed U.S.-based ecommerce brand in establishing a compliant and scalable financial foundation from day one. The client required a full accounting system setup tailored to their unique operational model and industry requirements.

I implemented QuickBooks Online, customizing the chart of accounts, setting up product categories, enabling sales tax tracking, and integrating their payment platforms. I configured user roles, automated recurring entries, and established a workflow for daily sales reconciliation and monthly close.

This initial setup provided the client with a strong foundation for bookkeeping, tax readiness, and investor transparency. It empowered them to launch with confidence, manage transactions in real time, and scale their financial systems alongside their growth—avoiding costly errors and manual processes later.
