This monthly reporting project supported a Canada-based consultancy firm seeking consistent financial visibility and accurate recordkeeping across multiple service lines. They needed clear, timely reports to track revenue, monitor costs, and manage tax readiness throughout the year.
Using Xero as the primary platform, I compiled and analyzed data to prepare reconciled monthly financial statements—Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow. I ensured accurate categorization of transactions, reviewed payment allocations, and aligned expenses with client projects. Monthly reports were customized with KPIs, budget comparisons, and trend summaries.
My proactive reporting system helped the client maintain clear insight into performance metrics, cash reserves, and vendor payments. The reports supported their quarterly reviews, enabled better resource planning, and contributed to timely year-end tax filings—without surprises or delays.
