Xero Bookkeeping

This Xero bookkeeping project was designed to streamline financial management for a service-based business in the U.S. I built a clean and efficient bookkeeping system using Xero’s cloud features, ensuring daily accuracy and compliance. My goal was to simplify reporting, improve real-time insights, and support smarter financial decisions tailored to the client’s growth stage.

I took charge of the full bookkeeping cycle—setting up the chart of accounts, connecting bank feeds, creating tracking categories, and configuring tax settings. I also customized invoice and expense templates, set up recurring entries, managed payables and receivables, and reconciled transactions weekly. The reporting dashboard was tailored to reflect KPIs relevant to the industry, offering clarity through intuitive layouts and financial summaries.

This project empowered the client to manage their business finances with less stress and more control. With Xero’s automation, I reduced their manual workload, improved cash flow visibility, and ensured compliance with U.S. financial standards—delivering a streamlined, scalable bookkeeping setup that supports long-term success.
