Payroll Support

I managed a complete payroll support project for a U.S.-based business, ensuring full-cycle processing with accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery. From startups to growing firms and nonprofits, I tailor each payroll setup to meet unique operational needs. My goal is always to simplify the process so clients can stay focused on their business growth with peace of mind.

In this project, I handled everything—from wage calculations and multi-state tax withholdings to issuing pay stubs, setting up direct deposits, and filing Forms W-2, 941, 940, and other required filings. I also took care of onboarding, garnishments, PTO tracking, benefits deductions, and worker classification, with smooth integration to their existing time and HR tools.

Along with precise processing, I provided expert guidance on labor law updates, ACA compliance, and FLSA standards. The project also included secure, cloud-based reporting access and real-time updates, keeping everything transparent and accessible for both management and employees throughout the payroll cycle.
